We will present wines from many regions around the world including the United States. This is a list of a some of the countries. We will feature special wines that correspond to the countries cuisine we celebrate each month. The recipes we show on our site will be accompanied by a recommendation of a wine to serve.
We will be posting an article about how to host a Wine Tasting Party. The ethnic cooking and culture staff participate in a friendly gathering with a group who enjoy wine and food. Each month we visit a different household. The hosting household is responsible for the main entree and the guests usually bring side dishes or deserts, requested by the hosting household. We usually sample at least four different wines since we have four couples in our wine tasting group.This event is a lot of fun and with the holidays fast approaching you may want to host one.
